I didn't start this blog in pride month intentionally but coincidence is sometimes a brilliant thing.
I try and make a point to go out everyday to prevent myself from feeling too cooped up inside and to walk my lovely assistance dog, Stanley. Today Stanley and I went for a walk in one of our 3 local parks (2 of which are former mansion gardens). The park that we regularly visit (to me at least) has a permanently autumnal vibe and is placed around several historically important buildings. We couldn't be out together long because I woke up late (as I do on days I don't have college) but I went out by myself later.
Nothing much happened when I went out by myself later but because I was wearing a tank top that says 'TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS' I got reactions from someone doing a supportive fist in the air to multiple dirty looks.
I ended up coming home with a Disneyland Paris colouring book and some rainbow gel pens.
Looking forward to tomorrow,
Xavier
Yesterday I started my blog and spent god knows how long writing my first entry. It was 3am when I went to bed last night. In order to prevent this from happening again I have decided to write notes during the day.
I left the house at 15:00-ish this afternoon, a normal time for me to leave for my day for outing. Stanley had to stay at home due to him having a bad paw.
I usually start off my walk by having a medium to large milk chocolate bar and 2 bottles of diet cola. Today I decided to have a jelly popping candy chocolate and due to the regular diet cola I get not being in stock I had to choose between the overbearingly sweet mango and overrated cherry. I decided to go with the overrated cherry flavour (the lesser of 2 evils)
And as I was writing this some idiot aggressively banged on the disabled toilet door and asked if I was ok at first. I said I was ok and would be out in a minute.
My body then betrayed me and I had an intense tingling sensation in my left foot, forcing me to back to the toilet seat. He hammered again and I said I’ll be out soon. 10 seconds after that he hammered once more whilst I was washing my hands.
I then opened the door (looking cross) and panned the room to see who it was so I could tell them off for telling a person with at least one hidden physical disability to hurry up.
I came home with mum and I’s food shopping sometime after 17:00. Mum had spread her sewing material out on the living room floor. It is bright pink with a flamingo pattern on it. She’s going to use it to make some summer clothes. As a friend of Dorothy I told her that Divine would be proud.
Since it’s still light and sunny this evening I’ve decided to sit outside with a pint to write this. I’ve also placed some solar panels on one of our shed roofs to charge some power banks.
I’ve also placed some plants that I grew some plants that I grew from seed there too.
One of our 3 tuxedo cats, Florrie, has come to join me outside. She’s so gentle and lovely.
And…Florrie has spotted something and is on the hunt only to be distracted by Stanley sniffing her.
Florrie is a little huntress and sometimes we have the pleasure of her bringing home ‘presents’ (eww…). She mostly hunts flies though (thankfully).
Nothing much happened for the rest of the day.
Until tomorrow,
Xavier
