Sorry for not keeping this regularly updated but a frightening thing happened to the trans community in the UK a few days ago, and most of us are scared.
The UK Supreme Court has legally defined the word 'woman' as being defined by 'biological sex' meaning that they are excluding trans women and intersex people from being legally defined as women. I'm not sure what this means for non-binary people but they are most likely are excluded from this as well.
There have been several protests throughout the UK with what looks like hundreds to thousands of people showing up for the transgender community.
Despite the outrage at the inhumanity of the UK Supreme Court, the press (including the BBC) decided to report the damage done to statues by protesters rather than platforming trans people which they should have done.
Much love to my trans siblings,
Xavier
